What happens after I book? 

24 hours before your appointment you will receive an email with your new client consent form and any other additional information you may need, Our client consent can also be found on our Linktree. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If your appointment is cancelled after 24 hours, your deposit is non refundable. 

Can I bring a friend? 

1 quest is allowed in the treatment room with you as long as it is discussed prior to your appointment date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, along with all major credit and debit  cards.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Skyncense Studios is owned by a FL licensed aesthetician with full coverage insurance through Beauty Works Insurance.

Are products returnable?

Apparel can be exchanged if there is a sizing issue. All other beauty and skincare products are non refundable. .
